Welcome to Tiger-Rock Martial Arts of Frisco!
- Great Training System Tiger-Rock Martial Arts combines the traditions of taekwondo with the latest advances in physical fitness to create a heart-pounding, high-energy workout! Plus, our training program offers incredible lessons in self-defense and life skills.
- Great Lessons Our lessons are full of energy and fun! Tiger-Rock Martial Arts offers classes for pre-school kids (Tiger-Cubs), elementary school students (Juniors), middle and high school students (Teens), and adults.
- Great Schedule Tiger-Rock Martial Arts offers daytime, afternoon, and evening classes throughout the week. We also offer classes on Saturday mornings and afternoons. Even more, members enjoy unlimited training. Get your workout at any time!

Tiger-Cubs (Ages 4-5)
Martial arts for pre-k students!
The years from early development through elementary school is crucial for building physical, social, and cognitive abilities. Our Tiger-Cubs Program stimulates confidence and leadership through achievement and physical skill-building for children between the ages of 4-5.
Juniors (ages 6-11)
Martial arts for elementary and middle school students!
Your child will build their self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-discipline by taking taekwondo classes at Tiger-Rock Martial Arts of Frisco! The Juniors Program is for 6-11 year olds.
Teens (ages 12-15)
Martial arts for middle and high school students!
Our Teen/Youth training program is unique from any other sport in that it shapes students to be strong, individualized competitors while at the same time teaching them the importance of working as a team.
Adults (ages 16+)
Martial arts for parents, professionals, fitness enthusiasts, and more!
Our adult martial arts training program was developed for individuals who want more than just the traditional gym experience. Our program focuses on the development of functional martial arts skill that provides real benefits both inside and outside the training facility.

We have 2 boys at Tiger Rock Legacy & we could not be happier with their results. They have both received their black belts but … More we are equally proud of the respect, discipline and commitment Master Dallas and his staff have instilled in our boys. The program is well balanced between physical and mental. I feel both of our boys are well prepared to defend themselves if need be but again this is so much more than that. Master Dallas & his instructors do a great job relating to their students keeping them interested. The instructors are very genuine and great roll models. There are tournaments with all the Tiger Rock academies and they are a blast for the kids as well as parents and grandparents. I definitely recommend Tiger Rock for any age. Only regret is wishing we would have signed up when they were younger!
